Afterwards we glue the lamellas together on their edge and on length , with a D3 substance, free of formaldehyde.
With our sophisticated sawing and cutting machineries, we split the wood into lamellas at requested thicknesses. We use both full-length and finger-jointed lamellas to produce the panels.
Careful employees sort the lamellas on colors, as we want to obtain uniform panels.

Our experienced people purchase from our suppliers selected cut lumber, without red-substance, knots or other flaws. Still we want to preserve the natural properties of the beech lumber.
After being light steamed in our steaming chamber, we dry the planks in our kiln drying facilities, with a total capacity of 400 cubic meters per month. The final moisture content of the wood, after the drying process, is between 7-9 %.
